With locally-produced ingredients, fresh fish caught every day from local fishermen, and infinite inspiration from the rich variety of Albanian and Mediterranean cuisine, we proudly invite you to a delicious experience. For your meals, we collect a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits from the local market. While local fishermen bring their fresh catch to us every morning, the meat comes exclusively from a small producer in the mountain range near Dukat village. Envisioning a mixture of traditional flavors and contemporary varieties, our executive chef has carefully prepared a delicious selection of dishes that will surely be a memorable culinary experience.
